Default Enterprise Activation taking a long time

recently when ive been setting up or upgrading the OS on our 7250's it has been taking a long time to activate. it seems to take forever to sync up the 'phone call logs' most people have over 1000. i think this has mostly been happening since i upgraded the BES to 4.0 is there a way to delete these logs or skip that part of the sync. anyone else have similar problems. some users have taken up to 2 hrs to activate.

Delete the phone call logs the day before the upgrades (so it has time to sync). Or delete and recreate the BES accounts.
