Unhappy MDS Service will not connect to server

Please Login to Remove!


I have a new install of BES 4.1 and I am trying to connect the first BB wirelessly . However my activation will not work. On my BES under MDS I get the message that there are errors retreiving data from the server and my blckberry device also says it can not connect.

Canc any body please help ?

did u perform the "Enterprise activation" ?
Did you ever compare Affrican Elephants and Sri Lankan Elephants?
Where are classic Elephants?

The subject line is throwing me off. MDS service will not connect to the server??? You then talk about the BB and wireless activation.

Here is my question. Did you by any chance change the default location of the MDS logs in the server configuration window? I did a few days back then none of my BB's could get internet or intranet traffice and there were errors in the MDS logs. When we changed it back all started working. Let us know if that is the prob.
