Default Using a Nextel 7510 device as a voice and calendaring device

Ok...I know many of you may think that this is a crazy question, but here goes. My boss left my company and took his bb. ( I am the BES admin). His new company does not have BB's or a BES. He likes the calendaring capabilites and the to do list. He does not want to add email to this device and can't see carrying it just as voice only. He was hoping to synch outlook to the device (Not wirelessly...hard synch) and just use it for voice and PIM. Anyone have any thoughts on how to do this? We dowloaded the DM from Nextel but the configure PIM is grayed out and obviously there are no redirector settings. Any insight or opnions would be appreciated.

Thanks! :D

Default

The BES service books must be removed from this Nextel, and the policy on the BlackBerry set back to DEFAULT. This is a BES Admin Corner question. Moving this thread.
