I just upgraded from BES 3.6.7 to 4.0 SP5a today and I have a BB 7520 user in Louisville, KY who when he attempts to send email, he never gets a checkmark, only a ((( remains. He also has not received email today. I need to find out if there was a problem with the upgrade that is affecting him, or if it is simply a service issue.
Anyone else having this problem?
