| BES SP5a Install error Please Login to Remove! To my complete lack of surprise, we're having problems with the installation of SP5a
The installer starts running, but then returns a non specific error of "Unable to get necessary database information"
Neither the BES or SQL server logs have generated any errors, same with application logs on both servers. Have tried elevating the SQL user account to SA, modifying the BESMgmt.cfg file, with the same results.
Anyone have any ideas? The total lack of any pointers in any of the system logs just has me at a loss on what the issue could be.
PS - Just to make this even more annoying, I'm up to 90 minutes on hold waiting for someone at T-Support to pickup the phone. So glad we're paying them for support... |
