Wondering if anyone out there has updated to BES 4.1 for GroupWise yet? We're running BES 4.0 sp3 and thinking about moving on to version 4.1.

I have upgrade three of my sites to version 4.1 for Groupwise. One of the sites are running GroupWise 6.5, the other 2 are 7.01 The upgrade went fine, no issues during the upgrade procedure but I have been having a lot of issues since. It seems to me that although there are some improvements there are also a lot of bugs especially with email reconciliation and I seem to be having to restart the servers or services almost once a week. They also have an issue that if the connection between the two systems is broken, the Blackberry controller has to be restarted. I have also had a few instances where after restarting the server it goes back and resends all the mails from 7 days past to the handhelds and then eventually over the next 24 hours reconciles the mails again. If you are not having issues you might be better off waiting.

Don't do it unless you want IM, otherwise go to SP5 for 4.0

..And, mwooding, apply SP1 its been released, should fix some of your issues.
