Quick technical question:

Outside of inputting 20 different CAL key codes as opposed to one 20 seat CAL key code, would managing those 20 single CALS be more cubersome or difficult than the one 20 CAL seat key code?

I have not seen how a BES manages CALS, and want to know if once inputted it would be the same amount of work to manage the e-mail accounts on these single CALS, from an IT perspective.

once the CALs are loaded, there would be no difference in managing the users. Loading CALs is a one time thing.
