Hi guys,

Just need some advice on some things.

Our managers (about 8 of them) still have the Desktop Software on their Laptops from the old days.

Well now with some of them getting 8707's etc there are conflicts, error messages etc so i think its time to Remove the Software.

Now this will be a big shock to them as they are used to their mail redirecting.

How should i set it up for them now?

my thought would be to for them to have two profiles one for Office and one for Out of Office (ringing etc for out of office, not ringing for when in the office) and to switch between the two.


is this the best way?
Anyone do anything different?
