Default BB Manager - Last Contact/Forward Time

Hi,

I'm having this issue, that the BB manager has not been updating or forwarding emails since 3 days ago. My colleague is currently in Indonesia and GPRS is not working. Is there anything I can do abt it? Pls advise. Thks!

Your colleague should manually switch the mobile provider and hope the new provider has a roaming contract with your mobile provider at home.
