Default Shortcuts on Home Page

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry if this has been covered ... searching didn't reveal anything that worked.

One of my users has four shortcuts on his home page, "Yahoo! Search," "Yahoo! Messenger," "Google Talk" and "Blackberry HELP !"

All have icons that are the globe with an arrow from the lower left to the center of the globe.

All are links to their named destinations, ie, the Yahoo Messenger takes you to a page where you could download the app.

We have no idea how they got there. They seem harmless. There's nothing to indicate that they were pushed there.

How can I get rid of them ?

Thanks.

You know how to tell him to Hide apps - see my tips docs. Hold ALT and click and then go from there.
