in 4.0, you could see what the manually or auto-generated activation password is in the user's properties screen. Where can I see the password that is set in BES 4.1?

You could query it from the database...should be called 'keygen' (I think) from the userconfig table.

Just set a new one.

Ok. How about the expiration time period? Where can I reset the default 48 hour expiration period when doing auto generation and email?

If you are running 4.1, it is an option in the dialog when you set the password...I could never find this setting in 4.0 and earlier (in the database or console).
