Default How to edit the PUSH timer for OTA installs on BES?

Hello;

I am trying to to edit the PUSH timer for OTA installs on BES?. I need to reset it from 4 hours to be able to install some software asap.

Please let me know.

There is a reason you can't play with these settings, if you want it on there now, plug it into the BES or remote manager

Typically the OTA push install will work in less than 30 minutes, but like ||||||| said, plug it into the BES or a system with the management tool installed.

If you are going the OTA route, make sure you 'update configuration' for the particular device in the management tool.

install the BES software on a PC and choose BlackBerry Manager as the install type (check the install guide for pre-reqs).
