Default Blackberry and Cisco Avid Phone System

Please Login to Remove!

I posted this in the General Blackberry forum as well. We just recently put in a Cisco Avid VOIP phone system. Now with unified messaging, voice mails left on your extension are delivered to you via email as a wave attachment. I know most people will read this and think that I am wanting to listen to the WAV's from the device, but that is not my problem/question.

Here is the problem:
Users can also access their voice mail from their phone or from an outside number. When you delete the message from either your phone or from outside calling in, the message is deleted in Outlook. The message is not, however deleted on the Handheld.

Steps taken so far:
What I have done so far to test wireless email reconciliation is send a message to a user and let it be received on both the handheld and the inbox, and then deleted the message from Outlook. It WILL delete the message on the handheld.

Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas?
