BES - Firewall ports question
Please Login to Remove!
Can some confirm the ports that I need to have open on the firewall when running BES 4.1 with an exchange environment.
Out going - 3101 TCP anything else ?
Incoming - ??????

If the BES is in the same network segment / subnet as your Exchange and Active Directory servers you just need 3101 open.
The BES maintains an outbound initiated two connection the the RIM NOC ( Network operations Centre ).
If the BES is in a DMZ / Segmented network you are going to have to open a lot more ports.
