Default Enterprise Activation Issue....

Please Login to Remove!

I am having an issue with activating this single user...
I had a batch of 3 to do this morning and all went fine except this one...
First tried activating on a 7100i, then a 7520....

Running BES 4.0 with 155 active BBs on there....

The screen just sits on activating....

Watched the user's inbox and saw the activation email come in and sit there...

Phone has excellent reception, I have done a master radio reset, wiped the device, and removed and re-added the user to the BES 7 times....

Any ideas????

Sorry I forgot to put that in there...

FINALLY...

Thanks for the help, after you mentioned the store, it got me thinking and I finally got the issue resolved...

It seems our Exhchange Admin recently moved her account from one store to another...Whenever that is done, you need to reboot the box, or just restart the BES services...Once I did that, it activated just fine...

Thanks for the insight and nudge in the right direction!
