Default BES Monitoring?

Please Login to Remove!

All:

My company has a BES, and I was thinking of getting on it to get my mails, but I have reservations.

It's my personal device, and I was wondering how much they could monitor, or see on my device. I'm not that familiar with BES capabilities, or add-ons, so this may be a silly question.

Can they see my home e-mail accounts that I use on here if I'm on the BES? What about PIN messages, or GTalk? I just would rather not have the company being able to check out my home e-mails is all.

Thanks!

No, they can't see you home email addresses. But they can force all outbound messages to go through the BES account.

PIN messages can only be audited if the BES server is v4.1. I think they can block GTalk, but not audit it.
