Can BES run on Win2k3 Web Edition?

The hardware that our existing BES is running on is about to die, and we may need to move our users off of there temporarily. We have another box that's running Win2k3 Web edition that doesn't have much going on it, except for some web services for an intranet application.

Can the BES run on Windows 2003 web edition?

More than likely you can however it would violate the Microsoft license agreement. You can not run applications other than a web server.

BES will not actually install on Web Edition. It doesn't like the scaled down OS and will throw you an error. Apparently you can hack it but obviously that ain't gunna be supported.
