Question LastFWDTime & LastSentTime Not Updating in Database

Please Login to Remove!

for approximately 25% of our users, the lastfwdtime and lastsenttime values in BESMgmt are not updating, and apparently have not done so since April.

We're running BES 4.0.4.9, Exchange 2003 SP2, SQL 2000 database on remote server. This was initially a problem when we installed a hotfix for BES 4.0 SP3 (I think?), but I thought a subsequent hotfix fixed this...it's working now for 75% of the users, instead of the 20-30% that were being updated before SP4 + hotfixes, but of course I'd like to see it work as it's supposed to for ALL users so I can start weeding out the truly "inactive" users.

FWIW, when doing a User Stats from the console, the correct last forward and last sent times show, but I can't seem to find those same values anywhere in the database...are they stored somewhere else?

All of the status for the users are also stored in the users Exchange mailbox within hidden folders. Not sure why the DB is not updating tho...

Somehow, I think I sense a T-Support call in my near future.

It's not critical, but sure is annoying and who knows what else isn't working right if this isn't? Nothing obvious, or the users would be screaming, but does make me wonder...
