A client of ours uses the, dare I say it, Rogers network. I have been siting here for over 30mins at 90% of the activation not seeing any communication arrows on phone (or traffic arrows as you could call them) at Email Settings (Initializing). Is this normal?

Is it an 8700? If so, that's a known issue - sometimes it will finish, other times it will not. If not, you have to wipe and reactivate.

How many times must I wipe the phone? I have even tried upgrading the OS to 4.1 from 4.0.2 and it still is stuck at 90%, its a 7290. Should have the client return the phone to the reseller?
