We have a BES 4.0 server that was upgraded from 3.6.
there were 2 instances on the BES and the SRP of the second instance is now suspect of an error we are getting in the router log:

[10000] (08/24 13:29:56):{0x1A48} [SERVICE_RELAY_SESSION: xxxxxxxx:yyyyyyyy] Service transaction not found. SERVICESESSION_TAG=7969343

where xxxxxxx= the SRP tag of the second instance
and yyyyyyyy= a static hexadecimal number


Has anyone run into this before?

You will see this after your BlackBerry Enterprise Server is rebooted, and the BES sent packets out to the handheld, that the handheld never got because it was turned off.

Or if someone connects the BlackBerry to the Desktop Manager and it goes over serial by-pass and the users disconnects the handheld.

This is a normal message and does not do anything bad. Anything that was lost will get picked up on rescan and send the information to the handheld again.
