Default GoogleTalk and BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys and gals,
Does anyone know how to setup googletalk in BES environment.
I used googletalk link from Blackberry website for reference. In systems requirements it describes of setting up IT Policy, Well, I am using default policy and not sure what needs to be setup.
I understand that GoogleTalk uses BES for chat and voice and it uses port 5222. I configured my firewall to allow outgoing port 5222 and checked that BES connects on this port. However my user on BB device appears to be offline to other users.
Anyone has an idea or you know of comprehensive documentation/source for the problem?
Your help is appreciated.

Just get the user to install Google Talk on the BlackBerry, unless you restricted it by IT policy it will work out of the box.

When that was released, EDGE and EVDO were just coming out. Using it for chat is a little excessive at this point.
