Default Database problem

BES 4.1 with Exchange 2003 and SQL 2000. Each of which are on a seperate box. The BES and SQL server are on Win2000 servers and Exchange is on Win2003. I get the error below when I run the BM. The manager always brings up a Database Authentication box. The Database name is all ready populated and the user name is all ready populated. I have to enter the password to the database and the click OK and then the BM comes up. Below are the errors in the Management log. The authentication type is SQL....

The user should be part of the ServerAdmins and Database Creator group. This seems to be a permissions issue. Did you try authenticating with sa?
