Question BES 4.1.1, cannot view certain attachments

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all,

I recently just upgraded my companies BES server from 3.6.7 to 4.1.1. Now and with the old version of BES we could view .pdf, office attachments (.xls, .doc, .ppt), .txt, and .tif documents. For some reason I do not have the choice to open image, zip, or .wav ones still on the blackberry device, it's just not an option in the device menu. If I go into the Blackberry Server Configuration to the attachment server tab I see all the attachments the BES supports and have checked them all. I also setup the file size limitations that RIM recommends in their documentation (2000kb for everything but 100kb for .txt and .html) I restarted the attachment service and still no go, any thoughts?

Thanks.

Handheld software version?

You can open zip and images but not wavs at this point.

I wish it was that simple, I am using devices ranging from 8700,7100, 7290 all with 4.0 and later and none of them work.

my 8700g os rev is 4.1.0.284
