Hey Guys,

We use Remote Desktop on all of our Servers (Server 2003) for our Exchange, File & Print, CITRIX and BES. We have this installed so at any time we can remotely control our critical servers from anywhere.

Lately I have noticed that the Remote Desktop icon (lower right next to clock) turns RED then the services stop. If I open the app and start them they are ok for about an hour or so then they stop again. It happens more frequently on our CITRIX (Presentation / Metaframe) server than any other server.

Is anyone else seeing this issue or have a fix?

If it happens on your citrix server then what the hell has this got to do with BES.

what is the remote desktop software you are using is it the mstsc.exe that comes with windows. As I am not sure of any icon in the bottom right next to the clock. are you runing it through an MMC more detail please.

The only icon like that that I can guess at from the original description is the SQL Server Service Manager.
