Blackberrysyncserver.exe Crashing
 

Just checking if anyone else had a similiar problem.

Domino 7.0.1
BES 4.1 SP1
Windows 2003 SP1
SQL DB on another server
Dual 2.4 Ghz Xeon CPUs
2 gigs RAM
159 users

Within about 5-10 minutes of rebooting the server, the blackberrysyncserver service starts ramping up on the system resources. A lot of CPU/Page File usage. Usually get's up to about 3.8 gigs of page file and the service crashes and restarts. It'll restart a couple times a day. Everything else works fine but after about 4-6 hours the synching stops for read/unread marks/address books/calendar etc.until the next reboot. Mail still routes fine thankfully.

I've sent gigs of log files to RIM but was wondering if anyone else has any ideas while I'm waiting for them to figure it out.

Were you able to determine a cause for this? It just started for us about a week ago..

Anything appearing in the system Event Logs?

It ended up being a user in our UK office that had an 8 gig mail file. Needless to say it's now much, much less than that now :)
