8707 Actiovation Question

Default 8707 Actiovation Question

Hi Guys,

Had a user brake his 8707 send it back and i gave him his old 7290 in the mean time. Now recieved the new 8707 and did a Wireless Activation and it Completed.

Now i check the Email Reconciliation option and "Wireless Reconcile" was no where to be seen.

Does this not come up straight asway with this model?

we have 5 in the company so far and i dont recall this happening.

Anyone know?

try wipe handheld and re-activate again.

Hey Ozzy, what is (or rather was) the version of your BES when the 8707 is missing those options?
