I just inherited this BES from a previous manager. There was an individual who had a blackberry who was terminated, the blackberry was passed on to another employee.

The original owner's mailbox was removed before he was removed from the BES. Now when I go into remove the user, it says it cannot reach the mailbox. It doesn't matter wether I tell it to remove blackberry items from the mailbox or not.

Is there any way to get in there and get rid of this account? It's taking up a license.

Have you tried creating his mailbox account again and then going back to the BES to remove it?
