Default Notes Connection document deleted

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
We run a BES 4.0.3 Hotfix 4 on a Domino 6.53 server. A problem appeared few days ago : Some connection documents in the names.nsf disappeared. It is always the same documents.
I ran fixup and compact and updall (with multi parameters) on the names, I recreated those documents from scratch (because I believed there is a corruption). I deleted Notes deletion stubs....
I updated the ACL : nobody can delete documents
It reappears ...
It is critical ...
no trace in the domino logs and in blackberry logs...
No problem on other domino servers.
Any idea, Blackberry geniuses?

This does not appear to be a BES related issue....have you checked your Admin Request db for any pending "deletion" tasks for AdminP? Is there another replica of the address book somewhere else? Are there any program documents setup?
I would start with the Admin Request db and check all pending and completed jobs.

Hi Dev, thanks for your interest.
I check admin4.nsf : no pending deletions. All request are completed.
We don't have any program documents.
No replica of that database.
I'm lost...

What's does the ACL entry of the connection doc indicate for the BES server? Is the server identified by its full hierarchical name?
What about the LocalDomainServers group?
Is this server part of a cluster?
Try modifyiing the ACL for the document by assigning an explicit administrative role for the server.

i don't think it is the BES, but just to be sure: give the BES server in ACL only reader rights. works with no problems we have set it up this way since 2 years...
