Download it from BlackBerry.com Go to Support and Service packs.

It will most likely require a reboot

* what is the latest version? - as ||||||| said
* can i download it? from where? - as ||||||| said
* can i simply put the cd in and run setup to do the upgrade? Just a zip file you unpack and install over the top of the current BES via a setup.exe
* will i have to reboot? - sometimes you need to reboot, most often a restart of the services will do it.

You can update staright to 4.1 from your current version. I went from 4.0.4 to 4.1.0 with no problems (apart from the well known bugs that pop up in 4.1 that is).
