Default Current BES user just changing phones

Please Login to Remove!

I currently am hooked up to my companies BES with my personal BB. Now they are buying me a company BB. Is there and easy way to change phones for the user, or should I just delete me...then re-add me with that new device?

Thanks

If your using BlackBerry Desktop Manager connect the new device and it should recognize it and prompt you to switch to the new PIN. If your not using BDM, on BES 4.0+, and wireless activate -- then just have them issue you a new activation password. As the new device is activated, the old device will stop receiving inormation from the BES server.

Hey thanks for the info. I will be on the actual BB server using a USB cable (our spam filter wont let me do wireless activation) Then my understanding is that I will go to assign device and it will automatically assign the new device and drop the current one, correct?
