On some handsets after enterprise activation is complete and a user tries to read one of the syncronised email headers, they do not get the 'More All' option to download and read the whole email. The 'More' option is there but when selected they get the error 'Service Book Configuration error'. It seems quite intermittent, some users can and some can't.
Has anyone else had this? Is there is fix or a workaround?
