Question 'More All' option missing

Please Login to Remove!

On some handsets after enterprise activation is complete and a user tries to read one of the syncronised email headers, they do not get the 'More All' option to download and read the whole email. The 'More' option is there but when selected they get the error 'Service Book Configuration error'. It seems quite intermittent, some users can and some can't.

Has anyone else had this? Is there is fix or a workaround?

Thanks in advance

My guess would be corruption in the CMIME service book. Have you tried resending the service books to the device via the BES Manager? Another method would be to delete and undelete the service book on the device itself. I haven't ever had this specific problem but have had other options missing related to mail functionality where this did the trick.
