Default Question about BES 4.1 logs.

Please Login to Remove!

Ok here is my issue, people have left my company and our help desk has neglected to remove them from our BES. Can someone point me to which log would show errors trying to contact a mail file for someone that no longer exists? Also a good search string to use in notepad would be helpful. I hope I explained this well enough.

If their mailboxes have been deleted, you can run the HandheldCleanup.exe tool and it will tell you which accounts have no mailboxes available.
