Do you mean auto-signature?
Which version are you using?

Hey leungw,

No not auto-signature. I was wondering if i could set AutoText in a IT policy.

for example this is what i want to do.

some reps of ours have set up some templates.

Date:

Company:

Reason:

And then they go fill it out.

By them typing "ts" it will bring up this template.

Now i was wondering if i can set this AutoText in the IT policy for EVERYONE.

.....thoughts?

hope that makes sense. BESD 4.0.3.5

I guess a work around would be to have them keep it in a draft and copy and paste the text as a quick work around. I know in Outlook you can keep templates by saving it. Hence always using forward rather than send function from the draft the template is saved. But I tried to see if my 8700 had that feature but it but it won't work. Although if you find away let me know....
