Post BB Server Software

Please Login to Remove!

HI good Afternoon hey im not sure this is the section where i have to make this question but here we go.

I have a windows 2003 server with microsoft exchange 2003 installed on it and also I installed the blackberry manager 4.1.1.9 software.

I already configured the server, added the user, assign it to a group and also set the autorization password.

Then i added the pin number of my bb on the server, but when i try to assign the device to the user it doesnt appear as registered device? is this a problem with my provider? i buyed two bb and I have the same problem with both equipments.

Then at my blackberry when i try activate the company i set the email account and the password and it activates but when it tries to sicronize or activate services it hungs and doesnt do anything and if i see in the server i see that in the user the pin numer matchs with the user and appears on the screen but nothing happens? can it be a configuration issue?

Are you running Exchange Server on this Win2k3 Server? If so, your not suppose to install BES on an Exchange Server. Please confirm.. BES server and Exchange Server are to be on separate boxes. The only thing that goes on BES server are the Exchange admin tools.

Yes Im running Exchange Server on this win2k3 server. mmm I verified in the installation notes and that should not be a limitant, the only thing is that you need to be logged in that server with another account, with admin access. is this right?
