Question Wirelss Activation Not Working

we have just installed BES v4.1 and we are using domino R7.

I am trying to activate a blackberry for a user. But it seems to of stopped working. When i try and add the user ( even after removing them and radding them ) and set the activation password and try to actrivate the blackberry enter my username and password, it seems to error, contact your systems admin.....

I have notcied that the email that enters your inbox from [email address]@EU_SMTP is not dissappering...... it just stays in the inbox.....

any ideas.....

Hey beejwilko,

BES needs to pick up ETP.DAT file in the network message sent to user's mail database.

BES <------ X -------> Mail Server

Look at the area where X:

1. Server access (hint: trace command in Domino console)
2. ACL of Mail db (hint: DB ACL for BES - needs to be Manager)
