| Enterprise Messenger on BES 4.1 Please Login to Remove! Hello all...first time member...
I testing BES 4.1 in a test environment. While mailflow seems to be working fine, LCS and Internet are not. When I initially installed BES 4.1, everything seemed to work fine. Then, we wanted to simulate an upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 so I uninstalled 4.1 and also deleted all of the registry keys as noted in the Install guide. I installed 4.0, upgraded to the SP, then installed BES 4.1. Now, I cant get LCS to work. I continue to get the following error message:
"Unable to contact server. Please contact your IT Administrator if the problem persists".
My Collaboration Service settings are:
Status: Running
Service type: LCS
Default Domain Name:
Host: <servername>.domain.com
Port: 5060
Transport protocol: TCP
Does anyone have any ideas of why this is failing? Thanks. |
