Another question from a new user.

I would like to keep my T-Mobile number and family plan so I have asked my company to just cover the $30 cost of Blackberry service. However, they have only worked with Cingular and now say they have to research whether or not a T-Mobile device will work.

Is the BES server carrier dependent? I figured I would just activate with the same email address and it would work fine. Anyone support multiple carriers in their organization?

The BES is not carrier dependent. We have many different devices on our BES and they all work just fine.
