Hi,

Have one guy for whom the "From" field info is missing. In the BES, all the other users show "FirstName LastName" as the account info, and their email arrive with the proper "from" this person's account has "firstinitiallastname" for example:

Jane Smith - for everyone
jdoe - for him.

No changes were made to the device, BES or Exchange. Any ideas?
