Arrow BES Express email pb

Please Login to Remove!

We recently installed a bes express and did the entreprise activation successfuly with 2 BB,
Since then, only task and calendar are sync over the air,
Email are not forward to the blackberry but the handleds can send with no problem.
Sent items on the blackberry are also not Reconcile with outlook.
Could someone point us to the right direction in order to fix this issue ?
by the way, wireless message reconciliation is enable.
