We are using Domino 6.5.4fp1 with BES 4.0sp4 hotfix 4.

I have a user that is having problems sending e-mail to a client who happens to be using exchange. When he sends them e-mail from his e-mail client, the users at the client site are able to open the e-mail with no problem. However when he sends to the same address using his BB (7290 - Cingular) the client recipient is unable to open the e-mail. They get the following message:

"Can't open this item. Your digital ID can not be found by the underlying security system."

Has anyone see this problem? Any ideas on a workaround or fix?
