On the BES the wireless email recon is disabled?how can I enble that...Also on the BES i do not see any option for enterprise activation on resend service book/

user is using 7250.
calenders contacts sync fine expect emails

What version BES is running?
In BB manager 4.1.0.38, if you double click on the user and bring up the properties you can see if the messages are being forwarded or not. If the setting is 'false' then set it to 'true'

Could be something else though... I dunno.. fairly new to this application myself...
