My users clean out their email in outlook but if they have messages on the handheld more than a week old the messages are never filed or deleted on the handheld device. I have the same issue on my handheld. Hide filed messages is set to yes and delete on is set for mailbox and handheld. I noticed that there is a keep messages for 30 days option but the lowest to set it is 15. Does the handheld not keep an actual sync with the exchange mailbox or what?
