HELP!!! Server Not Responding error on device -

I am trying to activate a 7130 on my BES. After 10 minutes I get a server not responding error on the device. I have tried restarting the services, checking the TCP/IP setting. Does anyone have an idea how I could troubleshoot this?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
