Default HELP!!! Server Not Responding error on device - 09-14-2006, 11:43 AM

I am trying to activate a 7130 on my BES. After 10 minutes I get a server not responding error on the device. I have tried restarting the services, checking the TCP/IP setting. Does anyone have an idea how I could troubleshoot this?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

What service are you running? I just had the same problem on my 8100 and come to find out that it was Tmobiles fault on their end.

Also, double check the password and email that ur activating with.
