I have one user whose wireless calendar won't sync items in Outlook from earlier than about 30 days ago. Her BB setting is to keep items forever. I've tried turning off and on wireless cal sync and resending service books. She has no delegates. She's the only one reporting the prob and CDO.DLL/MAPI32.DLL on Exchange and BES match and are the latest.

if i understand correctly...you slow sync calendar and only 30 day previous appointments are on the handheld? Goal would be to get 60 days, or 90, or all...or something?

OTAC goes back 30 days on slow sync.
