We are migrating people from our 2.2 server to our 4.0.3.13 server (both Domino). The migration goes fine, but when we do the activation after the migration, there is no wireless reconcilation for email or calendar on the handheld after the activation. Everything comes over OK though. This also happens when we activate a new device for an existing user on the 4.0 server. We have also tried wiping the devices first, but this does not help. This used to work, but stopped at some point. RIM is telling me it is a corrupt User Profiles db on the 4.0 server, but I don't buy it, since new account setups work fine. Anyone run into this or have any thoughts as to what might be causing this? BTW, the Domino version on the 4.0 server is 6.5.4 and has about 600 users on it.
