Default Unable to load cdo.dll - 09-14-2006, 02:58 PM

I am trying to install BES 4.0 on windows 2003 sever with 2003 exch, the cdo.dll version on both the exch server and the exch system manager that is located on the BES is 6.5.7638.2. So when I start the install I get a prompt telling me that the setup is unable to load the cdo.dll. This is my se4cond time trying to install the BES, I tried before and I couldnt get it to work so I have started over. I would apreciate any help or links to a walk through for the install.

Well, I guess no one on the BES admin corner forum on the black berry forum site has any idea how to install the BEs server or trouble shoot anything or read a post... Hello? anyone? I could really use some help and I am stuck... So maybe if you read this and you can give a quick hand, or reply or anything a link or something. Thanks.

Where is your cdo.dll file located on the BES server? Have you tried registering it?
