Smile Backing up the BB data while moving the user from one BES to another - 09-15-2006, 04:21 AM

Hi All,

We have some users on the pilot server to whom we have to move to the live server. When we move 02 users from pilot server to live, user reported that they have lost all address saved in BB device.

Need to know is there any way the local address book & any other data that the user has saved in his device, do not get wiped while we move the user from one BES server to another.

We are using BES 4.0.3.3 with Lotus Domino 6.x.
We are not using the desktop manager in our environment & as per policy the WAP is disabled.

PS: We tried to enter the user name & PIM data when we add the user to live server & entered 2 enteries for Server Location & Relative path location.
Expect a positive reply.
