On BES 4.1.2 for selected users, I have checked the boxes next to the subfolders to redirect that mail in those folders to a particular users handheld, however when they go to VIEW Folders on their handheld and select one of their sub-folders, no messages appear.

I'm running BES 4.1.2 on a Windows 2000 Exchange Server.

Only future messages will show up, not past messages.
