We are running BES 4.1.1.10 running on W2k3 with Exchange 2003.

I have had a report from one of our users that certain items are missing from one of his folders, if viewed on the Blackberry device (UK Voda 7130). This only appears to be affecting one folder as other folders are in sync with what is displayed in Outlook.

The issue with the folder in question is that it contains some emails which have been filed, but not all of them. The messages which are missing are clearly visible in Outlook and are from recent dates. From the device, I can see older emails so I don’t think it is a message age issue.

Any suggestions?
