Default Syncing Memo & Taks (calendar okay) - 09-17-2006, 02:37 PM

Hi,

I'm running BES 4.1 on Server 2003. I'm also running SBS w/Exchange 2003 on a seporate server.

My e-mail & calendar functions are syncing wirelessly - okay. The problem is I can not get my memo, tasks or address books to sync. I have them setup in BES for "TRUE" on SYNC for each value, as well as Bidirectional and "Server Wins," yet they won't sync. The SYNC Wirelessly option is enabled in on the blackberry (8700) in each of it's respective modules (address book, tasks etc.).

Nothing happens, they never sync. I have made sure my CDO.dll and MAPI32.dll are identical on both the BES & SBS. Can anyone give me a little direction?

Thanks/Neil

If you go into the options of each of the applications, is the wireless synchronization option set to "Yes"? If you dont see an option for that feature, you will need to resend the service books to your device

Well, we have finally closed this issue with TSupport. The only fix we both could come up with is to format the drive. Re-install Windows Ser. 2003 and BES. We did NOT install any M/S patches/hotfixes and it works VERY WELL. I have turned off the automatic updates.
